Cost: $150

What the fee includes: Lodging, food, and local transportation. New registrants will also receive a Student Life Application Bible. Repeat participants must bring the bibles given to them in the past; new bibles will not be issued. Fundraisers will be conducted to cover transportation expenses.

What the fee does NOT include: long distance transportation (coordinate with your local church), meals while on the road, spending money.

 

How can I pay: Cash, personal check, money order, PayPal, and all major credit/debit cards.

Travel logistics: Transportation will be coordinated via your local branch of MFOHM. Contact your youth ministry team for more information. Details will be posted on the retreat website once finalized.

Cancellation policy

April 19, 2020: At least 50% of remaining balance due. All new registration after this date shall require at least 50% of remaining balance after deposit to be paid.

June 28, 2020: Full payment due, registration closed. No refunds issued after this date.
